The bot publishes it. When your booking reaches the front of the channel's queue, the bot posts your ad in the channel itself — the owner doesn't have to do anything. Then payout or refund. The bot verifies the post and keeps checking that it stays live through a protection period. After that the channel owner collects payment, or you claim a full refund if delivery failed.
