These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of TG.app, including browsing the catalog, signing in with Telegram, submitting apps or communities, advertising, and any related documentation or support channels.

TG.app helps users discover Telegram mini-apps, bots, and communities. We do not operate Telegram itself; third-party apps and channels open in Telegram under their own terms and policies.

You are responsible for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information when submitting listings and keep your Telegram account secure. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or our Developer Guidelines.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant TG.app a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute listing materials on the platform and in related marketing. You confirm you have the rights to submit the content and that it complies with applicable laws and Telegram policies.

Advertising, billing, and campaign features may have additional requirements described in the advertiser documentation.

You may not use TG.app for unlawful activity, malware, fraud, spam, impersonation, intellectual property infringement, or content that is hateful, exploitative, or deceptive. We may remove listings or restrict accounts without prior notice when necessary to protect users or the service.

TG.app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of third-party listings, or specific business results from catalog placement or advertising.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TG.app and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or third-party Telegram experiences linked from the catalog.
