FotoBite counts calories from a photo right inside Telegram, with no scales or spreadsheets. Nothing to install: open @fotobite_bot and the app runs inside the messenger. Snap your plate, up to 3 photos per meal. Usually within 3 to 5 seconds you get a draft: each food is labelled right on the photo with grams, calories and macros. Adjust the grams with the + and − buttons. Frying oil does not show up in a photo, so FotoBite adds it as its own line. If the bot got something wrong, just say what it really was: "not potato, sweet potato" or "the cutlet was 150 kcal". The draft is recalculated. Your daily target is based on your sex, age, height, weight, activity and goal. The Today screen shows what is left, and your whole week fits on one screen. 3 free photo analyses a day, unlimited manual entry, and your history is never trimmed.
