Russian-language food diary: estimate calories from meal photos, review portions, and track daily totals in Telegram or Android.
Created by @Sirinato
KusControl is a Russian-language food diary. Send a meal photo, describe the food in text, or use a voice message. Review the estimated foods and portions, make corrections, and save the entry. The service provides approximate calories, protein, fat and carbs, meal history and daily totals. It is available as a Telegram bot, through VK and as an Android companion app. Android supports sign-in by an email code or VK; an existing messenger diary can be linked from Profile after signing in. The product interface is in Russian. A free tier and optional Premium are available. A photo cannot reliably reveal exact portion weight or hidden cooking oil, so estimates should be reviewed and corrected. KusControl does not provide diagnoses or replace medical advice.
