QuestFit AI is a fitness RPG where your real workouts level up your hero. Every day the AI builds workout quests for your level, goals and equipment. It follows a weekly plan, accounts for recovery, increases the load gradually and adds lighter deload weeks so you don't burn out. A rule engine checks every AI suggestion, so beginners never get workouts that are too hard or unsafe. Complete a quest and your hero gets experience and stats.
