Adpact on Telegram: Booking, Fees and Refund Limits

A practical guide to Adpact channel ads: choosing a booking route, understanding the queue, comparing fees and checking the conditions for payouts and refunds.

Adpact lets advertisers book posts in Telegram channels. You choose a placement, submit the creative and fund the booking; the bot handles publication under the agreed terms.

Its payment protection concerns delivery of the post. It does not guarantee clicks, sales or useful users. Understanding that difference helps you judge both the booking terms and the campaign itself.

A look inside Adpact

These promotional screenshots are supplied through Adpact's TG.app listing. They illustrate the interface; use the current booking screen for prices and deal terms.

Choose a booking route

Open the Adpact Mini App. Adpact is an independent channel-post marketplace, separate from Telegram's own advertising platform.

The booking guide describes two routes:

  • Book a listed placement: useful when you already have a channel and a finished post in mind.
  • Create a campaign: channel owners respond with proposed terms, giving you a way to discuss requirements beyond a standard placement.

Whichever route you use, agree on the creative, timing and placement conditions before payment.

An estimated time is not a reserved slot

Before payment, Adpact estimates timing from funded bookings, publication frequency and quiet hours. The estimate excludes optional owner-review time. Your placement enters the queue once payment confirms.

For a launch announcement, allow for both review and the publication queue. A placement delivered after your event may satisfy the booking rules and still miss the moment when it would have helped you.

How much does Adpact charge?

The pricing guide lists a standard platform fee of 10%, or 6% for a channel with an active advocate discount. The fee comes out of the accepted placement price when funds are released; it is not a separate advertiser surcharge.

For a hypothetical 100-unit booking at the standard rate, 10 units would be the platform fee and 90 the channel owner's share, before any separate network costs. Network fees already spent are not returned with a refund.

When can you receive a refund?

The pricing guide describes a default minimum-live threshold of 80% of a 24-hour period. That equals 19 hours and 12 minutes. A confirmed deletion or qualifying change below the threshold can make a refund available; at or above it, the placement can qualify for payout. The recorded terms of your specific deal take priority over a general headline.

The escrow guide also makes two points worth knowing:

  1. Adpact's verifier uses evidence supplied by the bot to authorize release or refund. The contract checks that authorization; it does not read Telegram directly.
  2. The eligible party must claim a payout or refund through a wallet transaction. Becoming eligible does not mean funds automatically arrive in the wallet.

This guide follows Adpact's public documentation, checked on October 14, 2026. We have not tested a booking, payout or refund, or audited the contract.

Measure delivery and results separately

A correctly published post can still attract the wrong audience. Low campaign performance alone is not a refund condition in the documented model.

For example, a language-learning app needs more than a channel with a large subscriber count. It needs readers who are interested enough to open the app and start a lesson. Record those outcomes separately:

Question

What to measure

Did the placement run as agreed?

The post's publication and delivery record

Did readers respond?

Attributable visits or bot starts

Did they use the product?

The intended action, such as completing a first lesson

A note for channel owners

The channel-owner guide says optional review can automatically approve a request after 24 hours without a response. Changes to booking settings affect new requests; existing checkouts retain their recorded terms. Disabling new bookings does not cancel placements already funded.

If you want to review every creative, account for that response window when setting up your channel.
