Transferring a Mini App or community is messy: BotFather, admins, repos, servers, env files. Asset marketplace puts the payment and catalog ownership on rails, so both sides can finish the handoff safely.
The problem
Selling a Telegram product is not a single click. Buyers need code, design assets, hosting, BotFather, and channel admin rights. Sellers need to get paid without getting chargebacked mid-transfer.

The public Asset marketplace lists Mini Apps, bots, channels, and groups for sale in Telegram Stars. Filter by type, included assets, and price.
How a sale works
- Creator lists the app, bot, channel, or group from Creator Studio: Stars price, sale description, included assets checklist.
- Buyer pays the full amount in Stars upfront (the only rail for digital goods inside Telegram).
- Escrow for 21 days: Telegram holds earned Stars before withdrawal. TG.app uses that window so a failed transfer can still be refunded.
- Both sides complete the transfer checklist. When it is done, TG.app moves catalog ownership to the buyer.
- After the hold, the seller receives 90% (default; admin-configurable) as a wallet credit, withdrawable in TON. TG.app keeps the platform fee.

Open any active sale to see the description, included assets, escrow terms, then Buy for N Stars or Make an offer. Offers also work from the public app page when the listing is claimed.
Why Stars (not TON at checkout)
- App Store and Play Store require Stars for digital goods sold inside Telegram.
- Fragment's 21-day hold is the natural escrow window for chargebacks.
- Telegram Bot API cannot split an invoice to another user, so TG.app custodys Stars and settles sellers via ledger + TON payout (same pattern as community ads).
