Changelog

Meaningful product and platform updates for TG.app.

  • Reorganized /creator/support/[appId]/widget: embed code first, appearance and behavior on the left, sticky live preview on the right, and analytics below configuration.

    • Embed on top, configuration beside the live preview

  • Fixed the default chat bubble launcher shadow on embedded widgets: drop-shadow follows the bubble shape instead of a square box.

  • On /creator/support/[appId]/inbox, only the assigned agent can Release a ticket; Take registers your Telegram first name as the agent display name.

  • Fixed Creator sidebar highlighting on /creator/support/[appId]/billing so Billing stays active instead of Overview.

  • Added /FAQ entries on /support for ticket Release rules, usage meter, and Suggest reply. Updated Customer Support docs for widget analytics, usage limits, and Support Studio routes.

  • Improved the Products menu on the site header: each item title and description now stack on separate lines for clearer scanning.

    • Catalog and Products panels with stacked title and description text

  • Added full /FAQ management at /creator/support/[appId]/knowledge: create, edit, and delete knowledge base articles from Support Studio.

  • Added a usage meter in Support Studio and on /creator/support/[appId]/billing showing AI replies and ticket volume against plan limits.

  • Upgraded the inbox at /creator/support/[appId]/inbox with status filters, /search, live list refresh, visitor context in the thread header, Take and Release assignment, and Suggest reply AI drafts.

  • Added daily widget analytics charts on /creator/support/[appId]/widget with 7-day and 30-day views for panel opens, messages, handoffs, and CSAT.

  • Expanded Customer Support at /creator/support/[appId]/widget with a live preview, default chat bubble launcher, Reset appearance, and branding controls on Pro and Team plans.

    • Interactive preview while editing colors and launcher icon

  • Added business hours, offline banner messaging, and English or Polish widget UI at /creator/support/[appId]/widget under Widget behavior.

    • Schedule offline mode and pick widget language

  • Added widget analytics on /creator/support/[appId]/widget: panel opens, messages sent, Telegram handoffs, and average CSAT from the embed.

    • Track engagement and satisfaction from the embed

  • Visitors can rate support 1-5 stars after a resolved chat in the embed; scores appear in the inbox at /creator/support/[appId]/inbox.

  • Improved icon contrast on hover in account dropdowns, sidebar menus, and sitewide navigation so icons match label text color.

  • Improved the sitewide header on desktop: Catalog, Products, Resources, and Submit open on hover with larger mega-menu panels and clearer link descriptions.

    • Grouped menu triggers on desktop

    • Wider hover panels with Browse, Charts, and product links

  • Mobile navigation now opens in a right-side sheet with collapsible Catalog, Products, Resources, and Submit sections, touch-friendly link heights, and account shortcuts in the footer.

  • Desktop navigation appears from the lg breakpoint (1024px) so tablet widths use the mobile sheet instead of a cramped top bar.

  • Extended Telegram Stars auto-renew to Featured promotion and Category Top on /creator/apps/[id]/promote and /creator/apps/[id]/promote-category, with a Stars billing panel to cancel or re-enable auto-renew on each page.

  • Improved the Telegram Mini App runtime with @tma.js/sdk init, viewport safe-area CSS variables on /apps pages, and Stars checkout polling that pauses when the Mini App is backgrounded.

  • Reorganized the sitewide header into Catalog, Products, Resources, and Submit dropdown menus so browse, monetization, and docs links are grouped instead of one long row.

    • Grouped navigation on desktop and matching sections in the mobile menu

  • Reorganized the footer into Catalog, Categories, Products, Creators, and Company columns with clearer link grouping and fewer duplicates.

    • Footer columns aligned with header information architecture

  • Renewal reminder notifications at 7, 3, and 1 day now skip Featured and Category Top listings on active Stars auto-renew, matching Customer Support behavior.

  • Open links on /apps/[slug] and the homepage App of the Day spotlight now append a listed_on_tg_app source tag on public t.me bot and mini-app URLs so listed owners can see tg.app traffic in their analytics.

  • Existing owner deep links, private invite links, and channel or group joins are left unchanged when opening from the catalog.

  • Added Telegram Stars auto-renew for Customer Support with a dedicated Billing page at /creator/support/[appId]/billing: cancel auto-renew, recent charges, and clearer Stars subscription vs one-time TON/USDT checkout.

  • Added JSON-LD structured data on /apps/[slug] listing pages (WebPage, SoftwareApplication or Organization, BreadcrumbList) for /search and AI citation.

  • Improved the Telegram Mini App home screen shortcut prompt using native checkHomeScreenStatus instead of visit-count heuristics.

  • Added a share prompt after 4-5 star reviews on /apps/[slug] so visitors can share the listing to Telegram chat or Story.

  • Added a daily renewal reminder job: creators receive Telegram notifications 7, 3, and 1 day before promote, category top, or manual Customer Support access ends (Stars auto-renew is skipped).

  • Updated Customer Support docs at /docs/creator-studio/customer-support/pricing and billing history filters at /creator/transactions.

  • /Blog articles at /blog now render Markdown with full GitHub-flavored support: tables, blockquotes, lists, and inline formatting display correctly on review pages like /blog/telegram-wallet-review-2026.

    • Markdown tables render with typography styling and horizontal scroll on mobile

  • Installed @tailwindcss/typography so prose classes on /blog and static pages style article body text as intended.

  • Added npm run seed:/blog-md to publish posts from assets/blog_articles/*.md source files with frontmatter metadata.
