TG.app Customer Support lets you connect your own Telegram bot (BYOB), embed a chat widget on your website, and manage every conversation from Creator Studio.
What is included
Every paid plan includes:
- Embeddable web widget: one script tag adds a floating chat on your site (default chat bubble, draggable to any corner)
- Live preview & analytics: test branding in Creator Studio; track opens, messages, Telegram handoffs, and CSAT
- Daily analytics charts: 7-day and 30-day trends on

Prices (USDT/mo) are set in Admin → Payment fees → Support and shown live on tg.app/support. New creators get one 14-day Pro trial per account. Telegram Stars subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days; TON and USDT are manual 30-day renewals.
Getting started
- Open Creator Studio → Support → Guided setup (or pick an app from the Support overview)
- Add your approved listing, then start a 14-day Pro trial or choose a paid plan
- Follow Setup your bot with a dedicated support bot
- Copy the widget embed code and paste it on your site
- Add FAQ entries in Knowledge and reply from the Inbox
tip
Use a dedicated support bot (@YourAppSupportBot), not your product bot, to avoid webhook conflicts.
