TG.app Customer Support lets you connect your own Telegram bot (BYOB), embed a chat widget on your website, and manage every conversation from Creator Studio.

What is included

Every paid plan includes:

  • Embeddable web widget: one script tag adds a floating chat on your site (bottom-right by default)
  • Telegram DM: the same @SupportBot identity on web and in Telegram
  • Unified inbox: web and Telegram messages in one thread in Creator Studio
  • Continue in Telegram: deep link carries conversation history to your bot
  • FAQ knowledge base: answers for AI (Pro/Team) or reference for human agents
  • Agent tools: reply from Creator Studio or from a Telegram agent group

TG.app uses the same product site-wide on public pages and @tgAppSupportBot.

Prices (USDT/mo) are set in Admin → Payment fees → Support and shown live on tg.app/support. New creators get one 14-day Pro trial per account.

Getting started

  1. Open Creator Studio → Support → Guided setup (or pick an app from the Support overview)
  2. Add your approved listing, then start a 14-day Pro trial or choose a paid plan
  3. Follow Setup your bot with a dedicated support bot
  4. Copy the widget embed code and paste it on your site

Use a dedicated support bot (@YourAppSupportBot), not your product bot, to avoid webhook conflicts.
