Customer Support is billed monthly in USDT per listing (app). New creators get one 14-day Pro trial per account.

Current USD/USDT prices per month are always shown on:
- tg.app/support (public product page)
- Creator Studio → Support (sidebar) at checkout or in the guided setup wizard
Platform admins configure amounts in Admin → Payment fees → Support (/admin/payment-fees, Support tab). The same settings drive checkout, /support, and the Creator Support hub.
You can also customize each plan's short description, feature bullet list, and highlighted badge in that admin panel.
Plan limits (product capabilities)
These limits are fixed by plan tier (not edited in admin):

Usage meter
On /creator/support/[appId]/billing and in the Support workspace header, TG.app shows current usage against your plan:
- Ticket messages (visitor, agent, and AI)
- AI auto-replies when AI is enabled
When you approach the monthly cap, renew early, upgrade, or disable AI to stay within Starter-style human-only volume.
Payment methods
Pay with Telegram Stars, TON, or USDT (TRC20) via the standard TG.app checkout.

Stars auto-renew
When you pay with Stars, Telegram creates a recurring subscription (30-day period). TG.app activates Customer Support immediately and extends access on each successful renewal webhook.
- Cancel auto-renew: Setup → Billing → Cancel auto-renew. Access continues until the current period ends.
- Re-enable auto-renew: Available before the period ends if you previously cancelled.
- Change plan: Use Renew or change plan in Billing. A new Stars checkout creates a new subscription tier.
Manual renew (TON / USDT)
Each TON or USDT payment adds 30 days to your listing's support access (stacked if you renew early). You are responsible for renewing before supportExpiresAt.
