Customer Support is billed monthly in USDT per listing (app). New creators get one 14-day Pro trial per account.

Current USD/USDT prices per month are always shown on:
- tg.app/support (public product page)
- Creator Studio → Support (sidebar) at checkout or in the guided setup wizard
Platform admins configure amounts in Admin → Payment fees → Support (/admin/payment-fees, Support tab). The same settings drive checkout, /support, and the Creator Support hub.
You can also customize each plan's short description, feature bullet list, and highlighted badge in that admin panel.
Plan limits (product capabilities)
These limits are fixed by plan tier (not edited in admin):
